Psychedelic Clinical Trial for Alcohol Use Disorder 

Clearmind Medicine is looking for healthy volunteers aged 18-60 to take part in a trial using MEAI – a novel non-hallucinogenic psychedelic.  

We are studying the tolerability and safety of MEAI in healthy volunteers. Participants will receive single doses of MEAI. The study involves around 36-hour admittance at the facility.

To take part, you must: 

  • Be a healthy volunteer willing to abstain from alcohol for 72 hours (3 days) before the trial.  

 

To take part, you must not: 

Use Cannabis before and during the trial 
  • Have a major mental health concern  
  • Have abnormal liver function, uncontrolled hypertension or increased heart rate
